As you know, the NCIDE in consultation with the Programme Coordinators have designed and developed Web Enabled Academic Support (WEAS) portals for various ODL Programmes/Courses. The WEAS provides one stop technology enabled learning and support facility to the distance learners. The WEAS portal can be accessed through the link given on the home page IGNOU website in the footer and also in the Students Zone under Student Support section.   

We are happy to inform you that WEAS can also be accessed now, through WEAS-IGNOU App available on Google Play Store. You may ask the students of these programmes to download the app from the following link

This app will enable them to access the WEAS portal as well as their programme portal through the app in a few clicks.
